Apart from doing home baking for individual families, I also get asked to provide home made catering for family celebrations or events, memorial teas, work morning teas, lunches, AGM or Board meetings.
I always feel a great sense of honour that a client has entrusted me with providing the catering for their special event. I take great care to present it beautifully, and to tailor it to suit their occasion. I am often asked to provide items that are not currently on my website, and this aspect I particularly enjoy. So, always ask away!
With regards to catering functions between now and Christmas, I would highly recommend that you book in early if you have a date in mind.

Recently a client asked me to make Mini Carrot Cupcakes instead of a whole Carrot Cake. This was to be a " Thank You Gift " and would be easier to serve and share in a work environment. I love changing things to suit my clients needs, not only does it make it more interesting for me, but the client gets exactly what they are after.
