My Home

The “My Home” concept is based on the Housing First model and is delivered to a site provided by the Western Australian State Government at a peppercorn lease. The concept is devised by Michelle Blakeley an architect who has a keen interest in homeless housing.

Ending Homelessness Forum

The WA Alliance to End Homelessness and Shelter WA hosted a forum with the seven candidates who hope to be the next City of Perth Lord Mayor. More than 80 people attended in person and another 80 Zoom participants watched the proceedings live.

Housing First and Ending Homelessness

Housing First and the Advance to Zero Methodology are different but mutually reinforcing approaches to ending homelessness. This session will explore the differences, and how both are being used to end rough sleeping homelessness in Australia and around the world.
