CLOK AGM, Thursday 15th October 7pm
A reminder that the CLOK AGM takes place a week on Thursday. It will be held via Zoom meeting. The link is here, or dial 0203 901 7895 and input the meeting ID 844 8150 6660 and passcode 107681.
We are aware that many people might not want to join a Zoom AGM. However, to allow our club to continue to function we do need at least 20 members to vote on a variety of topics. Therefore we are setting up a proxy voting system for our members to assign their vote to someone who is attending the Zoom meeting. All subscribed club members will be emailed directly with details.

Coatham Woods event, 18th October - latest
Unfortunately Forestry England have continued on limiting any ‘Events’ across the country to 30 participants. We are therefore working through the best way of allowing all our members to have a run on a course they’d want. Once we have finalised our approach on splitting it up and have their tacit agreement, then we will release the flyer and entry processes ASAP. Stay tuned!
