 Protect the Results is a joint project of Indivisible and Stand
 Up America to protect the valid results of the 2020 election.

 Indivisible and Stand Up America are committed to 
 strengthening our democracy and supporting progressives
 and progressive causes. All Americans—Democrats,
 Republicans, and Independents—must be prepared to
 protect and defend the valid results of the election whether
 their preferred candidate wins or loses.

 

Join us on Thursday, October 8 at 7 pm CT, right after the Underwood phone bank, to learn more about this initiative, what will trigger our need to take collective action, and what steps you need to take to be ready to Protect the Results if indeed a red line is crossed.

Also, many of the local candidates running for municipal offices will be looking for help getting petition signatures to get on the ballot!
It is easy to do while dropping literature and people are out doing yard work.

We all need to make our voting plans NOW!

1️⃣ Commit yourself to vote. Make sure you are registered NOW.
Registration ends on Oct. 18! Register at ova.elections.il.gov.

2️⃣ Decide on who and what you will vote for.
If you live in DuPage, view your sample ballot at dupageco.org/sampleballot.

3️⃣ Decide on the method of how you wish to vote.
We strongly suggest a paper ballot which can be done by voting by mail OR at the County Fairgrounds, at 2015 Manchester Rd, Wheaton, both started on September 24. If you miss these, it can be done on November 3 at your polling place.  

4️⃣ Decide on a specific date and time of when you will vote. For voting by mail, apply for your ballot, then turn it into any polling place in a secure drop box or the secure drop box in the clerk’s parking lot of 421 N. County Farm Rd., Wheaton.

• Apply for a vote by mail ballot at dupageco.org/Election/VoteByMail.
• Track your vote by mail ballot from it leaving to returning back to the clerk’s office at dupage.ballottrax.net/voter.
• Details for early voting, which can be done at any polling place in DuPage, at dupageco.org/earlyvoting.

5️⃣ If November 3 comes and you haven’t voted, make sure you vote at your polling place. You can register to vote and vote the same day.

bring the envelope and the ballot with you.
