We have been contacted by several SaveMB supporters after they received multiple emails from an individual spreading misinformation to push his anti STR agenda. If you have not received any of these emails consider yourself lucky he doesn't have your contact info.
This disgruntled ex MBTC board member may be using an old MBTC membership list he had access to previously to shamelessly and abhorrently spread lies and attack people in an effort to undermine progress on STR regulations. This is a desperate effort from an irrelevant email bully who has lost all respect within the community due to his antics. His emails can be incessant and riddled with untruths, presenting bias personal opinion as fact. Please do not be distracted by the misinformation from this individual. He should simply be ignored.

SAVE MISSION BEACH is a local organization that gives a voice to residents, property owners, small businesses and vacation rental managers who believe that responsibly run vacation rentals are a vital part of Mission Beach. We support reasonable regulations that protect STR rights, enforce good neighbor policies, and eliminate the bad actors.
We encourage stakeholders to be vocal about their support of short-term rentals. Join our local Town Council, follow and engage with supporters on social media, Nextdoor.com, and spread the word to neighbors and friends!
