Quarterly Report
Hi there,

Hope you are well – enjoying some time off with the family for school holidays, or keeping things steady back at the office. Either or, spring is here and it's good. And we have several things to look forward to, one of them being a Q&A with Asha Bhat, CEO of Southern Aboriginal Corporation. Date for this will soon be announced.

Over the school holidays, some of has have taken well-deserved leave, relaxing from a successful quarter and preparing for the last quarter of 2020 which is building up to be very busy. We've recently launched leadership programs for 3 large organisation in the resource sector; Primero, Pit n' Portal and Doral – all spanning several employees, modules and months.

We've also increased our delivery of RTO qualifications as well as mindfulness workshops and programs with organisations like the Department of Education, NGI and ARENA on the east coast, a market which has steadily grown for us over the last year. If you are on the east coast and interested in hearing more about any of our programs, contact Richard Tootil, Head of Client Services.

Apart from launching new leadership programs, we've also invested a lot of time in improving our evaluation methodology to better understand the impact our programs have on leadership behaviour change as well as the impact on the team and organisational outcomes. As a key strategic priority, we are therefore updating our surveys and launching the Integral Leadership Profile – a set of 25 key questions included in all surveys and all programs – which will allow us to measure and compare the impact of all our programs.

We have already run a couple of pre- and post-program surveys, with strong outcomes. For example, a recent report showed a 10% improvement on average in leadership skills as rated by the participants' colleagues, and a 31% improvement on average in leadership skills as rated by the participants themselves. For more information on our leadership programs, please contact Jill Dare, Director & Head of Leadership Development.

Next week, Jeroen, Head of Digital & Operations, will dig into the quality scores for our programs, which shows some great results and, more importantly, some interesting results that support us in tailoring our programs even better to your needs.

See you next week.
