iPads
Hello! The Apple iPads have arrived at SCFCSV and are ready to distribute to students. You can pick yours up at the SCF Collegiate School-Venice next week so that we can issue one to you for the year. The requirements to take one home are that you have a check or money order for $31 (made out to SCFCS-Venice) to cover the cost of insurance and that you have a protective case that fits the model. You can come to SCFCSV Monday through Friday, October 12th – October 16th from 8:00am – 3:00pm to pick up your iPad. Ms. Martin will be the person you need to see when you come to SCFCSV.

“Stronger Together” celebrates the unique power of people in the aftermath of the COVID-19 Pandemic and will feature the SCF Symphonic Band, Big Band, Jazz Combo, Concert Choir, Chamber Choir, and Guitar Ensemble. The link for the Facebook Livestream is here: SCF Music Facebook Page

Virtual college nights have been established with the different colleges and universites. Students can see the information on the SCSB website/calendar and register through this link here.
Directions to register:
1. Students can look at the calendar on sarasotacountyschools.net or type “virtual college night” in the find it fast field on the SCSB website
2. Both Charter school and District school students MUST use their Sarasota County email to register :

You can view the student’s email on the demographics/additional info page lower left
3. The registrant may receive a link to Microsoft to enter their school board email and their password.
4. Then, a Microsoft form registration will be accessed.
5. Parents cannot register since they do not have a SCSB email and this is restricted by email.
6. Once registered, the student receives an email with the zoom link IN their school email.
We will be accepting donations at the collegiate school main office Monday through Friday from 8AM to 3PM.
Parents can go to link.entourageyearbooks.com/my/scfcsvenice2021 to purchase the 2020-2021 yearbook as well as senior ads. You will need to create an account in order to purchase a yearbook and or ad. Photos and text templates are available for aiding in the creation of the ad. Gulfcoast South Area Health Education Center (GSAHEC) hasdeveloped a NEW program called Career Chats. On the first Wednesday of every month, from 6:30-7:30 pm, any high school students interested in health careers are welcome to join our Zoom meeting.
