Managing Stress for Teens

Is there a stressed out teenager in your household? Or, your teen may be fine but they want to help out their friends who are stressed. All youth are welcome to join "Managing Stress for Teens" via Zoom video on Sunday, October 18 @ 7pm. Participants will learn how to recognize stressors and develop stress management skills.
