Our 2020-2021 programming includes a commissioned work by Jera Wolfe, a new Guest Artist in Residence opportunity, new work by Jolene Bailie, WCD’s Emerging Artist Initiative, new virtual content, an evening of self-created solos by Guest Artists, Linnea Swan and Sara Porter, and more. We look forward to collaborating with these artists, their collaborators, and the dancers.

WCD Returns to Live Performances!
WCD was thrilled to host its first live event in over six months! Our season launch included solo performances by dancers, Carol-Ann Bohrn and Shawn Maclaine, in the solos, Altered Aspects and Covid Sonata, choreography by Jolene Bailie.

We are thrilled to offer a three show subscription series. Our 2020-2021 subscription series includes new works by Jera Wolfe and Jolene Bailie, and an evening of self-created solos by Linnea Swan and Sara Porter, with performances running in December, April, and May.

Physical distancing measures will be in place, seating is limited to a maximum of 25 patrons per performance.

WCD hosted the workshop, Awareness: Diversity, Equity and Inclusion on October 2nd, with facilitator Thiané Diop of Diversity Essentials.
