Hello friends,

It’s been nearly seven months since we closed our tasting room, and we very much miss seeing all your faces here at the distillery. We still don’t know when we’ll safely be able to re-open to the public, but in the meantime, our team remains as busy as ever making spirits and getting them out into the world.

We remain extraordinarily grateful to the bottle shops across the country keeping our spirits in stock, the bars and restaurants that have been including our spirits in their cocktail offerings, and all of you out there who have been seeking out our spirits and inviting us into your homes. It's been a helluva year, so thank you for continuing to lift our spirits—in every sense.

RECENT PRESS

FEATURED COCKTAIL:
SPICED PEAR OLD FASHIONED

We enjoy drinking our Spiced Pear Liqueur year-round, but we'll gladly admit to picking up the pace a bit when the leaves start changing colors and the nights turn chilly. This recipe, courtesy of our own Jeremy Jordan, comes together in a flash but then is ideal for sipping slowly on a cool fall evening.

The Spiced Pear Liqueur imparts cinnamon, clove, and sweet pear notes, but this is still a whiskey-forward cocktail that reads as fairly dry on the palate. If your tastes run a little sweeter, feel free to be more generous with
your Spiced Pear pour.

SPICED PEAR OLD FASHIONED

2 oz Breaking & Entering American Whiskey
3/4 oz St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur
4 dashes Angostura Bitters

Stir all ingredients with ice until chilled, then strain into an Old Fashioned glass over ice. Garnish with a flamed orange peel and enjoy! You deserve it.
