While waking in the morning, disciples know that they do not really begin the day, but rather that they continue it, because life is a circle without beginning or end. And besides, it is similar with the earth: one half is in the light, while the other is in the shadow. But the light hemisphere advances steadily, while the opposite hemisphere slips into darkness. So, sunrise and sunset do not begin anywhere. There are sunrises and sunsets on the surface of the earth all the time.
Most people begin the day without thinking about the importance of this moment. Their first word is often a groan, or a complaint. And then at night, when they are in bed, they cannot get to sleep. They toss and turn, or switch the light on and off. They are constantly worried by a thousand things. Why? Because before going to bed they did not prepare correctly for sleep. For people who do not understand the value of the two sides of existence, neither the beginning nor the end of the day are sacred hours.
You should know that when people fall asleep, their soul leaves their physical body. And what does the soul see but sleeping people everywhere, which it does not find very interesting. That is why it travels to the other side of the planet, where people are awake. And you too, when you are awake during the day are not aware of the many invisible beings around you, that often visit you, watch you, and sometimes even harm you.
These are the souls and spirits of sleeping men and women who live on the other side of the earth. They come to distract you, they whisper their stories or their sufferings in your ear. Very often, the doubts and sadness you feel come from these beings. You believe that these are your troubles, your anxieties, but in reality they are those of the souls who came from the other side of the earth and who left their physical bodies during their sleep.
