SMCC Annual General Meeting

Dear all,
Please mark in your diary with a bright red Sharpie the evening of the 19th of November, because at 7pm that evening it's time for the SMCC AGM.
Yes, this is a Thursday evening, and yes it will be an online affair. Right now we are looking into which platform will be easiest to use for this purpose.
Together with the joining instructions we will also send out in the next couple of weeks the agenda for the evening, the minutes of the previous AGM, and a short description of the different roles within the club that are open for election - all of the current executive committee members have indicated that they are willing to stand again, but of course as with any well-run club it's healthy to have competition.
So if you are interested in standing for a position and/or as captain for one of our XIs, please send an email to our esteemed club Secretary Alexis Fuller (alexisfuller@hotmail.co.uk). If you have any questions about any of the positions, do please get in touch and we're happy to tell you more.
Also if you would like to raise an issue, do get in touch - this is your club and the AGM is the best moment to speak up.
