COMMUNION SUNDAY
This Sunday, we will approach the Lord's Table to receive Holy Communion. As you gather in worship at home with the whole family, prepare your own elements to take part in this sacred meal with us.

Learn to make your own No Knead Artisan Bread tonight from 7-8 pm by registering for BUMC's Community Creative Week! 
FAMILY ADVENT FESTIVAL AT HOME
Pick up: November 28th  9 am- 12 pm

Families of all sizes are invited to join us for our annual Family Advent Festival with a new twist. Celebrate the true meaning of the season through Advent wreath making, Christmas crafts, and more! Register to reserve a Family Advent kit for your household containing:

  • all the supplies to make your very own Advent wreath
  • this year’s Family Advent Devotional
  • and special ornament kits with weekly accompanying videos that will help you learn or remember our special Advent words

Drive-thru pick up will be Saturday, November 28th from 9 am to 12 pm outside the Sanctuary.

BUMC KIDS OUTREACH DIRECTORY 
We miss your children! As we continue to navigate through these uncertain times, we know one thing for sure...God's love is never failing, and kids need Jesus!! They also need connection and that is what we want to provide by allowing our Encouragers to reach out to your children. Fill out the form to give us permission to add your family to our Outreach Directory that includes only your email and address for our volunteers to write to your child until we are able to be together again in person.

HOLIDAY MARKET FUNDRAISER
November 2020 
For several years, the BUMC family has supported the BUMW's November Holiday market that raises funds to support many organizations which minister to women and children in our community. Due to the pandemic, they ask for a new way to be the hands of Christ in this season of Thanks Giving.

STILL WATERS: A REFLECTIVE PRAYER TIME
Wednesdays, 11:30 a.m. – 12 p.m., Sanctuary

Come and get your soul filled. 
We know it has been difficult to be away from our church family and disconnected from our sacred space. This weekly offering is a time of prayer guided by clergy with meditative music, lighting of candles, and silence. It is an opportunity to enjoy the still waters of God’s presence and have our souls restored.
Registration is not required, but is appreciated.

SUNDAY MORNINGS WITH BUMC KIDS
EVERY SUNDAY BUMC Kids provides weekly interactive videos for both PreK and Elementary! Every Sunday morning, videos will be posted on our NEW BUMC Kids Youtube Channel. Don't forget to subscribe! This is a great way to continue the "Sunday school" experience while we all anxiously wait to return to meeting together in person. 
 
OUTREACH OPPORTUNITY
Do you have a call to connect with BUMC Kids in a whole new way? We have developed some special new roles for our community of children and families as we roll out this fall! Our classes are in need of ENCOURAGERS and GUIDES for the 2020-2021 year! These two new volunteer positions are aimed to support our BUMC Kids during this time of social distance and virtual connection.Have questions or want to sign up?

In these days of political division, COVID-19, heightened racial tensions and protests, we turn to prayer once again. Prayer is the proper response during these times and is the centerpiece of the Christian life. Discipleship Ministries has a free daily prayer crafted for just these times.  SIGN UP,  and you will receive a prayer each day by email that you can utilize in your daily life.
