This hour-long yoga class will leave you moving better and feeling better in your body. Together, we will move, stretch and breathe in the warehouse at Due South Brewing in Boynton Beach.
It is appropriate for any level of fitness, and beginners are welcome. It will also feature something truly unique called Yoga Tune Up Therapy Balls. These are small rubber balls used to massage painful knots and tension out of your muscles. Think of them as an on-demand massage therapist!
Our taproom will host free trivia with Challenge Entertainment at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday nights. No cost to participate for groups, with prizes available for the top placing teams each night. Get your team together and join in on the fun.
