New grants to help reduce e-waste in WA

Dear <<First Name>>,

Big and exciting things are happening in the world of e-waste! 🥳
Minister for Water; Forestry; Innovation and ICT; Science; Youth David Kelly visited our reuse facility last Wednesday to announce new research and development grants to help reduce e-waste.

WasteSorted Grants will provide funding up to $900,000 for:

  • Stream 1: Innovative processes (up to $200,000 per project)
  • Stream 2: Collection (maximum $80,000, up to $40,000 per project, per annum for two years)

Applications for WasteSorted E-Waste Grants are now open and close on November 16, 2020. For more information about the grants, visit the Waste Authority website or join our webinar this Thursday. (see below)

With the National Recycling Week 2020 approaching, we have organised more tours of our facility for local councils residents so you can come to see how it's done. We hope to see you soon.

Until next month. 👋
