Hi <<First Name>>
This past weekend we visited my sister-in-law on her family's farm. We haven't seen each other since December so it was a wonderful time together.
Of course, there was lots of wine and good solid farm cooked meals by her mom that we enjoyed.
I loved being able to go for a walk with Ursula on Sunday morning around the farm and I thought to myself what did I used to do before I walked in the mornings?
Isn't it strange how something begins out as a means to an end becomes something that is part of your routine and life?
Now all that wine was fun but maybe you didn't know this. It is processed by your body in the same way that sugar is. The exact same process.
Just because you aren't eating sugar by the teaspoon from the sugar bowl doesn't mean that you're not eating sugar.
This is something that my "test-driver" ladies are learning in my program as it is the topic of this week.
And those sugar-free drinks and foods? They have the EXACT same effect on your body as if you were choosing the normal regular kind.
In this lunch n learn I'm sharing with you the reasons for reducing your intake of sugar. One of them is that you'll have better energy. It will be more sustainable and you won't experience the roller coaster of ups and downs. Who doesn't want more reliable energy?
And list of benefits goes on so have a listen here
