The kit comes with one dozen (12) snowman and snowflake sugar cookies, shelf-stable icing, piping bags, piping tips and all the decorative toppings your heart could desire. And if that’s not enough, you’ll get an exclusive step-by-step instructional video with Jason Hisley himself. Programs for all ages are available through Facebook, YouTube and other virtual platforms. Registration may be required and closes one hour before the start of the program or when session is filled. A valid email address is needed at registration to send a Zoom or Discord link to the program 30 minutes before scheduled start. Here are some highlights:

• Calling all muggles! Don your wands and costumes and join us for an evening of Harry Potter trivia.

• Make an apple paperweight at home, then join us live on Zoom to share your creations and see what others have made. Watch the video tutorial for how to make an apple paperweight on our YouTube channel.

• Voter suppression has a long and ugly history in the U.S. Imposing strict voter ID laws, cutting voting times, restricting registration and purging voter rolls have kept significant numbers of eligible voters from the polls and placed special burdens on racial minorities, people living in poverty, and youth and seniors.​ Farajii Muhammad, host of For the Culture with Farajii on WEAA 88.9,  moderates a discussion that leads up to the 2020 presidential election on ongoing issues surrounding policing in the region. Panelists include Bruce Robinson, Baltimore County Board of Elections president; Dana Vickers Shelley, executive director of the ACLU of Maryland; Anthony Fugett, NAACP. Additional panelists to be announced. Presented by Baltimore County Public Library, Baltimore County Human Relations Commission and Baltimore County Office of Diversity and Equity; in collaboration with WEAA 88.9.​

• Join us for an engaging conversation! Share thoughts and ideas about what you’ve been reading lately and learn about new books from our librarians.

• Learn what an opioid is, how to recognize, respond to and prevent an opioid overdose, and how to administer intra-nasal naloxone to reverse an overdose. Receive a certificate of completion and a kit ​​containing naloxone (a prescription medicine that reverses an opioid overdose — it cannot be used to get high and it is not addictive). • Spend some time with Cortnee Berrill, Sylvan Learning’s manager of mathematics, and learn how you can make math homework easy to understand and even have some fun! We walk you through five tips that can make helping with your child's math homework not so scary. You'll leave this discussion with simple math homework strategies that you can start using right away.

• Ms. April and Ms. Deanna from the Perry Hall Branch present not-so-scary stories and a special craft. Be sure to bring a piece of orange paper and a pair of scissors.

• ​Join us online for a virtual needlework group. Bring your projects, conversation and questions. All skill levels and varieties of needlework welcome.
