I Can Get Ready to go Outside!  These visual reminders were sent home today in your child's folder and are posted in the classrooms & hallways too. We encourage families to post them at home near the door where your preschooler gets ready to leave in the morning.  We also strongly recommend that you have your child dress themselves to gain independence at home and at school.
It is important that they learn to put on and take off all of their winter gear (and shoes!) independently.

Dia de los Muertos

This week we were able to send home our Dia de los Muertos home kits to almost all of our families!  We still have a few in the office for distance learners to pick up.

Now, we would LOVE to see your ofrenda and hear about your traditions.  Please send any pictures and/or stories of your ofrenda to us at dlieser@communityofsaints.org OR post it on our Facebook page next week when we post about our school ofrenda!

Speaking of school ofrenda--all students and their families are encouraged to bring pictures or copies of pictures of deceased loved ones to display on the ofrenda next week.  Please be sure to write the name of your student(s) on the back of the picture so we can later return it to its proper owner.

BUT WAIT!  We can win a school $$$ PRIZE for our school ofrenda?! Yes please!  Let's do this!
