Why Is this Important?
Health conditions. like VHL or having a family member with it, create[s] a number of problems… Stress symptoms make it harder to solve problems. Someone who feels depressed might have trouble concentrating or thinking of solutions; someone who is worrying in circles might have trouble weighing the alternatives and making a choice; and someone who is angry might have difficulty thinking calmly about the situation. How do you solve problems when things get hectic?
