A FRIENDLY REMINDER
Please keep in mind the following safety guidelines when visiting the building:
- Face mask/covering are required to enter the building and must be worn in common areas of the building (lobby, sundry shop, etc.).
- Individual food deliveries should be accepted outside of the building to help limit unnecessary exposure.
- Minimizing the number of people congregating together in one area.
- Conference Center venue capacity has increased to 50%.

BEST COSTUME WINS
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, our usual Tenant Halloween Candy Giveaway has been cancelled, but we have something even better in mind!
Building Management will host a Virtual Tenant Halloween Costume Contest on Friday, October 30th, from 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
How to enter the contest:
- Via e-mail, send us a picture of your Halloween costume and the completed entry form (pdf link provided below) to the Property Administrator Ryan Murphy before 2:00 p.m. on Friday, October 30th. (Any submissions received after 2:00 p.m. will not be eligible.)
- Building Management will review and choose winners for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. (Winners will be contacted to coordinate picking up their prizes.)
- Tenants working from home can participate, too!

CREATING A BRIGHTER FUTURE
Building Management would like to thank everyone who donated to our Kidsmart School Supply Drive. We appreciate that even during a pandemic, you took the time to help others in need by donating over 150 supplies.
We aren't collecting supplies in the building, but our online team page is still available for electronic donations. Click here to make a virtual donation and help us reach our goal of $1,000.

DOWNTOWN STL EVENT
VIRTUAL VETERANS 5K RUN/WALK
Saturday, November 7th
The annual Veterans 5K run/walk is going virtual which means you can choose when and where you race. Encourage your family and friends to join you to honor our nation’s heroes and raise awareness and resources to end veteran homelessness. Proceeds from the virtual race will benefit the St. Patrick Center.
