Dear Parents,
I wish to thank everyone in our school community for all your support over the last few weeks. The children have been working hard and have now settled very well into their new classes. Although school life in St. Seachnalls is different, every effort is being made to ensure teaching and learning is as enjoyable as possible.

It would be greatly appreciated after mid-term, if we could keep the following practices in place:

- All adults should wear a mask when dropping/collecting their child. Please observe social distancing at all times and leave the school promptly.
- Please keep strictly to our staggered times in the mornings and afternoons as we are trying to reduce people congregating. Children from Rang 2 - Rang 6 should not be on school grounds until at least 9:20, unless they have a sibling starting earlier.
- Thank you to all parents for keeping us updated on testing in your own family and for keeping children all home until it is safe for them to return.
- Please do not send your child to school if they are unwell. Phone your GP if you are concerned and seek advice. Children with sore throats, diarrhorea or headaches should stay at home for 48 hours.
- Please do not collect your child early, unless essential.

On behalf of the Board of Management and staff of St. Seachnalls N.S., thank you in advance for adhering to the above guidelines for everyone’s safety and welfare.

I wish everyone a well deserved mid-term break. As a school community, it is important that we all adhere to HSE guidelines. The school re-opens on Monday 2nd November.

Best Wishes & Stay Safe,

Ciara Whelan
