Downtown Norolk / Ghent Deliveries Resume
Daily Deliveries in Downtown Norfolk and Ghent have resumed. Deliveries are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday of each week. Per our usual policy, there is a $20 minimum order required for delivery. Consideration will be given for block or group orders. Email Farmer John for details!

Food Quality / Return & Replacement Policy
All food items are inspected for defects / spoilage as your boxes are packed. Delivery Boxes are packed the evening before OR the morning of your delivery day. As expected, some items can have hidden defects; ripen in the confines of the delivery box; or become damaged in transport. We offer a 100%, no questions asked return/replacement policy. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have problems with an item or items in your delivery!
Steps for alerting us to problems:

- State the nature of the problem with your box/items
- We will schedule a followup/replacement delivery
- In some cases, we have issued refunds OR credits for future deliveries

Food Assistance
Do you know someone who needs food assistance? A portion of our weekly food deliveries are set aside for Food Assistance boxes.

We have approximately 25 Veggie Boxes and 25 Fruit Boxes available each week for food assistance. The Veggie Box also contains a package of pasta, rice, canned tuna, spaghetti sauce, and a variety of canned vegetables and soup All food assistance suggestions are kept anonymous.

Funds from Veggi-eBucks for Food Assistance help us purchase the dry goods placed in each box.

Corolla / Carova Beach Delivery Options
We are now accepting delivery requests for Corolla, and Carova Beach clients. We need 15 delivery requests in Corolla/Carova Beach to make this service viable. This delivery route will be combined with the current Southern Shores, Duck, and Sanderling delivery route “OBX-NORTH”.
