IVE are delighted to announce that our programme of FREE arts and cultural CPD twilights for primary school teachers and teaching assistants has returned! We have completely new sessions in visual arts, drama, creative writing, dance and creative technologies.
Our team of highly skilled and experienced arts and cultural practitioners will support you to develop new and exciting approaches to the core curriculum. You’ll leave with skills and confidence to embed new ideas into your everyday practice.

Creative Approaches to Hidden Narratives with Heritage Corner – Nov 2020 – Feb 2021

A new free online CPD programme that may be of interest to your school…
Creative Approaches to Hidden Narratives, led by Heritage Corner is a course of six interactive webinars. It will offer a supportive space to discuss race and identity and to explore using a range of art forms to help deliver a more diverse curriculum. The course will start with a global perspective before zooming in to national, regional and local stories.
This is a great opportunity for teachers from all settings to come together as a cohort to take a practical approach to developing and delivering a diverse and creative curriculum. Places on the course will be allocated after the closing date for expressions of interest (which is very brief) on 19 October.
