Virtual Zumba® with Lori
Sign up for virtual Zumba class, weekly starting on October 19, from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. Secord Community League members can participate in the first class for free! Subsequent weekly classes cost $5 for drop-in.
Registrations are on Eventbrite. Click HERE to register.
Everyone must fill out a waiver 24 hours before the first class. The class will be done through Zoom, so participants will need access to the Zoom app.
Virtual Kids Zumba® with Lori
This registered virtual class is perfect for our younger Zumba® fans! Kids 7-11 years old get the chance to be active and jam out to their favorite music. It will be interactive, educational and we play games!
Classes run on Saturdays from 11 a.m. - 11:45 a.m., November 7-28, 2020. Space is limited (max 15 kids), so sign up quick!
Cost: $25 for Secord Community League members; $45 for non-members.

Upcoming Programs Facebook Polls

Pump Track is Now Open!

The CHANGE Healthy Community Program
The CHANGE Health Community Program is offering opportunities for families to connect, learn and engage in fun activities related to physical activity, nutrition, mental health and social connection. Led by a family physician and team of health professionals, join us online weekly to learn how you can develop and maintain a healthy lifestyle that is enjoyable for the entire family! Provided in partnership with Alberta Blue Cross and the University of Alberta, read more here.

SECORD COMMUNITY LEAGUE MEMBERSHIP
A Secord Community League Membership is an annual family membership that grants your family free access to many community events and amenities. Membership dues collected from sales provide much needed funds for our community league to accomplish our mandate of bringing community residents together, and improving the community and the quality of life for all residents.
