The Objective: The 2-hour session will provide participants with an overview of Leadership Agility for Organisational Resilience. More specifically it will give them:

Knowledge about which leadership attributes will be particularly problematic in the future.
An understanding of the seven new leadership competencies that will enable participants to strengthen the resilience of their organisations and sustainability of their work.
An overview of three institutional capabilities required for organisational resilience
Space to reflect on their own leadership and the extent to which it is fit for purpose for the new times.
