Crystal Club & The Ark are moving to a new website!
We are very excited for this change for the better as it will make Crystal Club memberships easier to manage on your end. Whether it's updating your shipping address, pausing your subscription and more!
Though in in the process of moving over to a new site, all your information that is stored on the current one will be securely deleted and we won't be able move it over manually due to sensitive information that is stored there(address, Card Info, ect.)
So we have a couple of easy options for you to either renew your membership or continue it with our new site!
- Cancel your current membership on the old site and renew it on the new one when it goes live on November 1st.
- Or fill out the form below and we will take care of the whole process for you!
If you are filling out the form, you can then scan it or take a picture of it finished and email it to: info@arkbooks.com we will then setup your account and email you a temporary password so that you can change your password and be able to login and update and change your subscription in the future.
Both ways are easy and simple to keep the magic of Crystal Club in your life!
