We are pleased to announce the Newton Cultural Centre [NCC] and ACS GALLERY & HQ are open for business…BY APPOINTMENT ONLY and within the COVID protocols established by Fraser Health and the city of Surrey. These protocols help us enjoy our spaces again safely. Exhibitions will also be available online for those not wishing to visit in-person.
