I’m sharing a therapeutic yoga class

during the NAVARATRI Be Woman Festival! 


Vedic Teachings, Chanting, Puja, Stories of Devi, Sacred Sisterhood, Sacred Feminine Yoga and women from around the globe, all coming together to celebrate the 9 nights of the goddess Navaratri Be Woman Online Festival (Free)! I am so excited to be part of this wonderful event and share with everyone online!

MY OFFERING NAMED Supported from within 

 A therapeutic yoga class where we explore how to be there for ourselves with self-compassion. How to meet our emotions as they are and learn how to be with them, give them space, breathe light and awareness into them. To make everything inside us known. We draw from yogic principles of healing, vedanta and self-compassion psychology in contemplative meditations and visualizations. In body-mind therapy we have the chance to become empowered via the psychophysiological responses to our movements and postures. We will awaken strengthen hips, spine and pelvic floor via yogasana and qigong, to create a grounded sense of inner strength and stability.
We might use a blanket, a bolster and two blocks.

Yoga Therapy for Women: Pelvic Care


A live streamed therapeutic yoga class for pelvic health. We go through a sequence of easeful and meaningful practices that begins with the felt sense of pelvis, finding the landmarks. Following that is breathing for relaxation and connection, gentle stretches of the pelvic floor and mobilization of pelvis. This part might be helpful if you have pain, tension or discomfort in the pelvic floor muscles. Onwards from there comes some intelligent strength work for pelvic stability. We end with release & relaxation. I am deeply grateful for the Be Woman Project; Sharada Devi and team for creating the Be Woman Women Circles Trainings. Our collaborations enriches my life, inspires me to honor the changing needs of my female body and reminds me of the deep value of sisterhood and support.
