Tobias Egner - Tuesday, October 27
Professor of Psychology and Neuroscience
The Ins and Outs of Scientific Publishing
Tobias Egner is interested in how the human brain generates predictions about the world since we not only understand the world around us by matching the flow of incoming sensory information to previous experience but also produce adaptive behavior that runs counter to our learning history. Come to his Duke Conversation and learn more about his research and get a peek of the ins and outs of scientific publishing from an active researcher.
By signing up, you confirm that you'll be available the night of the virtual conversation from 6:50 to 8 pm. We'll notify you with details by Friday if you're accepted.
