Pay attention to what triggers or moves you. Ask yourself why does it trigger you, where it come from & face it. Facing it assists you in not being controlled by it & letting it go. Emotions don't belong to us & we must feel them, express them & let them go. Our fears, phobias, anger, triggers...let it all go. It doesn't belong to you yet you think it does. You can be formless.
