Die Cutting & Conversion

Would you like to save money in your business? Do you manually cut or shape tape to suit your application? Do you know you can save money by die cutting and converting products! In fact, by converting you can expect to save around 10% wastage! That's not to be sneezed at.

So, what is a converted product?
All tapes can be die cut, laminated, slit, assembled; even packaged to your specific requirements.

What is Die-Cutting?
A die, also known as a tool, is a steel rule embedded into a timber board and shaped to suit the application. The tool is then used to punch out the required shape.

We can also add value to converted products by assembling or packaging the finished parts, for example, applying the converted part to a pre-supplied component from you, our customer.

There are a lot of materials that can be converted:
