We have a added a few new features to the latest IntelliBrand release which is now available in the Play Store. We hope you find them useful.

1. Email Copy of an Order

We have added the option of selecting an Order from History and emailing a copy of the order from the app. This can be useful where your Customer has requested a copy of an old order, or where you need to send the order to someone other than your Customer.

Simply tap on the new Email icon that displays when you have selected an Order from history:



You will then be prompted to enter the email address to where you wish to send a copy of the selected order. 


2. Email Pricelist to a Customer

We have also added a new feature to allow you to email a pricelist to a Customer.

When in the Order tab for the Customer, simply select the overflow menu (also known as the 3 dots menu!), and you will see a new option called "Email price list"

Once tapped, you can enter any email address to send the Customer Pricelist to.





3. Report Tool Tips

With over 50 reports on the Console, it can be difficult to find exactly which report you are looking for. We have tried to make this easier, by adding a tooltip next to the name of each report with a detailed description of what the report actually does, along with the format of the report

To see these, simply hover your mouse over the name of the report and the description will appear:
