No other contractors offer pump out services so this is your last chance until spring. The first Annual Dues payment was due on 10/25. Please remember all outstanding monthly expenses must be paid, as the payment plan is only for the dues and assessments portion of your statement. Seasonal gates close, boats must be out of the water, and our Security Team will start performing individual site checks on Sun 11/1 so don't be surprised if you get message from us reporting all is well while you're away during the winter!
If you haven't winterized your trailer, golf carts, boats, now is the time to do so. Fall weather brings brisk winds. Please take the time to secure golf cart covers, lawn furniture, and other small items. All boats must be removed from Lake Monterey by Sun 11/1. Have your watercraft winterized and placed in storage. Turn off your water at the riser, mark your water line, disconnect your hose, and turn off electric at the pedestal. Remember to turn off your thermostat as some furnace blower motors run intermittently when temps drop.
Check and update your seasonal contact information so we can keep in touch with you and keep you updated in the off season. Make sure all mail forwarding requests have been completed and let us know now if you want your renewal stickers held for pick up in the spring as we wont be clearing that list like we've done in the past. Even though you may be turning off power to your trailer, it is recommended to unplug electronic devices including modems and routers to avoid power surges. Plan ahead for dues payments, the next Quarterly Electric in January, and renewals in the spring.
Our 50th Anniversary celebration is not too far away. It all begins next year in 2021! To prepare for the year full of our favorite traditional events, and many new 50th themed events, make sure to purchase a brand new calendar. Get one before you leave for the season at Member Service or Public Safety. No need to worry if you've already left. You can always order one online on our website as well.
