A note from Jonathan.
Pleasant Ridge is entering that time in the life of a church known as the “interim.” Every Baptist church family goes through this time. Though all churches will experience this time, not all interim experiences will be the same. I believe there is a simple two-step process that the church should do in order to prevent tension and potential turmoil. The first step is to prayerfully form a Pastor Search Committee. The second step is to wait. The interim period is not the best time for the church to make major changes in its ministries or its facilities. Those decisions should not be made without a pastor’s leadership. Isaiah 40:31 says, ”They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength.” It takes faith to wait on the Lord. While we are waiting for the Lord to send us our next pastor, we should continue to witness, minister, and make disciples. Please do your part to spread the gospel and pray for the Lord to guide our Pastor Search Committee and I trust that the Lord will renew our strength.

We are launching new zoom small groups weekly. If you would like to electronically meet with a group, let your teacher/department leader know or contact the church staff so we can connect you with a group.

1. In-person - You can drop your tithes into the dropbox by the church office. This box will be checked daily for security purposes.
