Benefits of YBNL


The primary purpose of 'Your Body Never Lies' is to teach our body that it does not have any reason to hold onto the stresses of old upsets or traumas. The goal is a body that feels, processes and releases upsets as they happen, allowing us to fully enjoy being here now at any time.

Interestingly, most gains in YBNL happen as secondary benefits; when we stop replaying our past and begin enjoying life in this moment, the resulting epiphanies are quickly followed by spiritual gains. Participants report:

For detailed or personal questions, coaches may be engaged privately at their online campus offices, including via live chat or personal Zoom meetings for consultations.

School & College News:
  • The YBNL School is more than online classes; we are a vibrant, growing community built on a social network platform that leaves distractions at the door. Think of Facebook but easier and without ads, trolls or other nonsense.
  • Three workshops are now available at The YBNL School: Shift Your Inner Dialogue, The YBNL Online Playshop and Playshop Review. Participation in the classes is free and requires a simple registration.
  • The YBNL School relies on coaching and tutoring fees, as well as voluntary donations, to cover costs. We do not charge for knowledge, only for time. Registration, participation and classes are all free and are designed to minimize interaction. The YBNL School is self-care and prepares students for The YBNL College.
  • The YBNL College is scheduled to open for Beta Testing on December 1st. Playshop graduates, whether live or online, are welcome to join. Classes at the College are focused on developing intuition and intuitive abilities, and all require a previous, practical understanding of The YBNL School material. College is going to be way fun!!
