Focusing on the Experienced Practitioner
Building out a robust change toolbox!

I've just posted a blog (see below) about the need to build out more capacity for the experience change professional. I often share the foundational Certified Change Agent qualification, but with 28 years of experience I've developed an advanced opportunity in the Certified Change Leader program, and created some other deeper dive courses like the Delivering Organizational Design and Developing Coaching Skills for Change to build out capacity for an effective experienced professional to deliver more than just the basics.  - Rich

Toronto Change Days 2020 theme will be “Building Bridges”.

Living in a world of rapid change, there is a great deal of anxiety. ‘Polarisation’ is a phenomenon we have seen take greater and greater hold throughout the globe. Change makers are being challenged to find ways to build bridges to cross divides in the work place and in the society at large.

This year we will be ‘Building Bridges’, and sharing our theme with Berlin Change Days. We’ll build a bridge from Berlin to Toronto, and share our learning together in new and exciting ways.

Please join us at Toronto Change Days 2020 for a courageous exploration into ‘Building Bridges’.
