We wanted to send a quick update and to also let you know about a couple important prayer requests. As you know, we've been on the road the last few weeks, visiting with pastors and individuals in the Northwest who are walking alongside us in this missions journey. We're so thankful for you all!
Updates and Prayer Requests:
TRAINING: Our training in Colorado begins next Monday, October 26. Nate, Stacy, Daleska, and Emily will attend this training, while Kayla, Aubry, and Charlotte (our terrier pictured with us) will fly home that same day. Prayers for safe and healthy travel are at the top of our list!
VISAS: Last week we were finally able to schedule visa appointments, only to be notified the next day that there was a glitch in the scheduling system and we didn't really have appointments. BUT, we received an email this morning stating the consulate will begin opening appointments for November and December in the next day or two! Visa appointments are very hard to come by these days. Please pray we can get all six visa appointments within this timeframe!
FUNDRAISING: We are incredibly happy to say we're just shy of 100% funded! We'll send out a big announcement when we cross that line, but we would love your prayers for this in the meantime!
