Annual General Meeting:
Dear Music Victoria Members,
The Annual General Meeting of Contemporary Music Victoria Inc. ('Music Victoria') will be held online via Zoom from 6pm sharp, Tuesday 1 December 2020
All current members of Music Victoria are welcome and encouraged to attend. If your membership has lapsed, you must renew by 6pm on Tuesday 17 November 2020 if you wish to attend or vote at the AGM. See the grey box below for instructions on how to renew.
Members of Music Victoria who are financial members as at 17 November 2020 are eligible to vote in the election of Directors to the Board. Note there is one vote per membership (e.g. one vote per individual membership, and one vote if you have a band, small business, non-profit, venue or platinum membership - vote to be given by an authorised person).
Members will be able to vote on the election of two (2) members to the Board.
Please RSVP (with your member number) via the link below by 5:00pm on Friday 27 November if you wish to attend the AGM. When logging into the meeting please ensure that your full name and member number is displayed as your username. See the grey box below for instructions on how to find your membership number.

1. If you haven't yet reset your password on our new website, you will need to do so here
2. Once you've done that, you can login at this link to renew and to find your new membership number on your digital membership card

Becoming a Music Victoria Board Member:
- Be a current member of Music Victoria
- Complete a form with the signatures of two other Music Victoria members (download here)
- Include a short biography (100-200 words)
- The deadline for receipt of Director nominations is 6:00pm on Tuesday 17 November 2020
- Please also answer these 3 questions in under 50 words each:
- What skills will you bring to the Music Victoria board?
- Why do you want to be on the Music Victoria board?
- Why do you love Victorian contemporary music?
This year, the board is encouraging applicants with regional music experience and/or music technology expertise.
If you are unable to attend the AGM, however still wish to vote, current financial members are entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote on their behalf at the AGM. A proxy form is available for download here and must be submitted by 6:00pm on Friday 27 November 2020.
