Yes, in this post-election fun, I have properly fallen down the Rabbit Hole. 

What do I mean?

Yes, I've spent the morning doing something that I probably should not be doing.

It wasn't making new hats for the upcoming Handmade Arcade Virtual Market.

And it wasn't finishing up my partially felted and shaped hats for Zsofia Marx's AMAZING online class. She is an excellent and poetic teacher. It was such a wonderful class. Hopefully, I will share my completed hats next week. 

Below, is the first hat in-process. Thankfully, I'm further along already. (Notice that I needed to turn my table perpendicular to the wall in order to get to all sides of the hat.)




Instead, my Rabbit Hole is something else: I've started a FeltHappiness YouTube Channel! Tee hee! 

All those silly Hat Videos need to go somewhere to live. I realize that many folks watch YouTube, even though they might not do Social Media. (My dad was this way; he loved researching his favorite musical performers on YouTube). 

In addition to the whimsical videos, I will have a section of boringly plain videos. Really.

This is because I need a place to host videos for my Shopify FeltHappiness Shop. (YouTube is free). Ideally, I would like to show how every hat looks from all sides - Hats 360!  LoveHats does this. Here's an example of a Philip Treacy hat in the round.

I think that this might help customers visualize how a hat could look on. Although, my videos will, in all likelihood, be slightly more primitive. 

At this point, you will find six silly videos. Mind, you may have already seen them on Instagram....or possibly Facebook.

I am still figuring YouTube out. So, there may be some rough edges: For example: how do I get the banner in the right spot??

But no matter, I have taken the plunge.
