2020 MetaProp Annual Limited Partner Meeting Highlights
Dear MetaProp Community,

This has been an unusual year for everyone. In fact, just last week MetaProp's investor group finished some unique annual meeting activities. We reviewed challenges, celebrated successes, and pioneered new ways of building community. The robust and interactive programming included two half-day sessions filled with market updates, fund performance reviews, startup presentations, networking, and education.

As friends and colleagues, I thought you might appreciate a few highlights from the annual limited partners meeting. A deeper look into our world, is included below and in my short summary of the ALPM on the MetaProp blog.
BY THE NUMBERS
120+ global attendees
12 countries represented
8 exclusive innovation workshops
10 startup deep dives with MetaProp portfolio founders
We are looking forward to hosting our entire investor group together again in NYC in 2021. In the meantime, our team continues to break new ground and drive that special “only-in-MetaProp” value to our portfolio and investors. Be on the lookout for MetaProp’s End of Year PropTech Confidence Index and a rebrand and website launch. We look forward to connecting again during the upcoming virtual NYC Real Estate Tech Week on December 8-11, 2020.

Stay safe,

Aaron

He’s been watching PropTech pivot during the COVID pandemic and has predictions on what types of solutions will accelerate next, from last-mile delivery and access control to 3D printing and tenant experience.
