Hello all LSFC members,
Our Annual General Meeting is set down for Tuesday 24 November, please see agenda below.
To keep your club running we need people to get involved assisting in the operations of the club.
All positions on the Committee will be declared vacant as is usual and so this is your chance to step up to assist.
If you have any interest in joining the Committee or attending this year's AGM via Zoom please email admin@leichhardtsaints.com.
We have a limit to the numbers who attend the AGM in person so we do encourage Members to attend via Zoom.

a) To approve Motion 1 to change the LSFC Constitution, Rule 15 (Life Membership) (refer to Notice of Motion 2020 AGM)
b) To approve the payment of Honoraria for Season 2021
To consider, and if thought fit, to adopt the following: “To allow the Committee to approve expenditure for honoraria, at its discretion, up to the total value of $25,000 for the season 2021. Honoraria will be disbursed in recognition of out of pocket expenses incurred and for time and effort put in by volunteers and committee members in the execution of their duties."
