Pearl Hacks is an annual hackathon for women and non-binary students at UNC-Chapel Hill. We especially cater to first-time hackers who are looking for a supportive environment to explore technology. Registration is now open for this year's virtual hackathon, held on February 19-21, 2021.

Supported by UC Berkeley and Schmidt Futures, the Education Data Science and Learning Engineering Fellowship is looking for undergraduate students across the United States who are interested in solving the biggest education challenges in the 21st century via technology. The Fellowship aims to engage undergraduate talents with education data science, reveal promising career paths in learning engineering, and build a cohort of like-minded doers who want to make an impact in education. 

We are currently recruiting 25 computer science (or related fields) students to participate in online sessions with leading experts and researchers in educational data science and learning engineering. The program is free of charge with a total of $150k+ stipends available to all admitted fellows.
