Let’s Talk about Bias and Diversity in Data, Software, and Institutions

Friday, Nov. 20 | 12 p.m. ET | Virtual Event

Bias and lack of diversity have long been deep-rooted problems across industries. To discuss how these issues impact data, software, and institutions, and how we can improve moving forward, the Machine Learning Center at Georgia Tech (ML@GT) will be hosting a panel discussion on Friday, Nov. 20 from 12-1 p.m. ET.

The panel will feature thought leaders from Google, Georgia Tech, and Queer in AI, who will answer questions regarding allyship, how to diversify the professoriate, and the implications of not addressing these issues in tech.
