With the news of a second lockdown, many of you may be wondering how this may affect our services and appointments. We are pleased to say that we are able to remain open throughout, although some appointments may need to be rearranged due to changes in staff availability.

With the lockdown starting on Thursday 5th November, we are pleased to confirm that we are able to remain open throughout. The new restrictions do mean that staff availability is reduced due to changes in childcare arrangements and so some appointments will need to be rearranged. We are desperately sad to have to do this, as we know some of these appointments were postponed from the original lockdown.
The practice is open for pre-booked appointments although our doors remain closed to other visitors to facilitate social distancing. Our reception team (Lisa and Paul) are available 9am - 6pm to help should you have any problems or queries, and can be contacted by phone on 0117 990 2215 or email. Remember that we can see anyone needing to see us, so if you have any problem or dental need, then please do get in touch.
