  • Visit UC’s all-new virtual benefits fair 
  • Find out about this year’s choices and changes
  • Enroll or re-enroll in your pre-tax Flexible Spending Accounts
  • If you’re enrolled in UC Health Savings Plan, reassess your Health Savings Account contribution
  • New additional benefits for Auto, Home and Renters Insurance 
  • Make your election on UCPath by Nov 24 at 5pm
  • Changes you make during Open Enrollment (other than enrollment in pet insurance) are effective Jan. 1, 2021
  • Faculty and Staff enroll on UCPath

Mid-Week Mindfulness is open to individuals of all backgrounds, orientations, religious affiliations, career aspirations, and levels of skepticism. No meditation experience necessary!   • Yoga for Tension and Stress Relief: November 13th | 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm | Instructor Laurie Ferris practices yoga that can help to release tension in your joints, give you greater range of motion, and offer increased comfort in all aspects of your life.   • Staff OMBUDS Office 2018-2020 biennial report:  The 2018-2020 biennial report highlights systemic issues that reinforce structural racism and sexism and disproportionately impact marginalized groups. 
     
  • Off the Shelves: Hispanic and Latinx Collection Spotlight: BAMPFA highlights early activist documentaries glimpsing the early days of the civil rights movement and, rare press kits promoting some of the key films of Hispanic and Latinx American cinema, to audio recordings of guest Latin American filmmakers and actors.   • Food Systems Career Panel Series: Join the Berkeley Food Institute for a series of three career panel webinars that highlight different food and agriculture sectors.   • Vote Feminist Parade: Artist Michele Pred presents a digital art event entitled Vote Feminist Parade. The program combines video recordings of two parades performed in New York and Oakland as well as live music performances, participatory singing, guest speakers, and a guided radical love meditation. ESSENTIAL STAFF UPDATES!
  • UC systemwide Flu Shot Policy: As of November 1, 2020, all employees who access UC property will need to have obtained a flu vaccine or applicable exemption or accommodation to continue to work on campus. Policy aims to reduce impact on our healthcare system during the fall and winter from the flu and COVID-19. 
     
  • Campus surveillance testing: University Health Services offers FREE regular COVID-19 screening for students and those faculty and staff who are on campus for work. For locations and times please check the link here.
