 Newsletter - November 2020

Dear Subscribers,

In this particular context of health, economic and social crisis, the FFEM is still working with our partners on the environment and development issues.

This second quarterly newsletter revisits the impact of the pandemic on the projects we support, through an interview with the President of our Scientific and Technical  Committee, Sébastien Treyer, who is trying to draw conclusions from it.

It also gives you an update on our projects, focusing on the fight against deforestation. Even as the destruction of the Amazon accelerates, and may reach a point of no return, Claude Garcia offers a new way of approaching international negotiation which may provide a more effective weapon in the fight against deforestation.

We hope you enjoy the read!

Best wishes,

Your FFEM Team
