We aren't entirely sure how it's come to be November, with the holidays right around the corner and a global pandemic that is reaching a new crisis point. But through all of this, we keep on cooking. And we want you to cook with us! 

We have a great lineup of online lessons in November and December. Some recipes, like Fennel Gratin and Potato Gateau have Thanksgiving tables in mind. While others, like Buccellatti and Baked Cassata, speak to Christmas. The rest, like Mushroom Risotto, Lasagna, Pasta e fagioli and Polenta with Sausage & Tomato Sauce, are just wonderful dishes to see you through the cold!

We will send over the recipe PDF and a download link for the class so you can follow along when it suits you best.
