Local History/Special Collections Branch Hosts NaNoWriMo Writing Events this November

Writing a novel alone can be difficult, even for seasoned writers. NaNoWriMo helps you track your progress, set milestones, connect with other writers in a vast community, and participate in events that are designed to make sure you finish your novel.

A selection of items from the Local History/Special Collections (LHSC) archival materials will be available to use as writing prompts for your novel. Engage with the materials and enjoy quiet time to write.

An informal event every Monday evening during the month of November aimed at NaNoWriMo writers. Documents from the Local History/Special Collections Branch will be shown for use as possible writing prompts.
