NICOLE RUZEK to lead next session

MONDAY,  NOVEMBER 9
7:50am (ET)
Free and open to the public. Registration required.

The past few days have been particularly unsettling and difficult for many of us. Now more than ever we need to pause—to catch our breath, recenter ourselves, and connect with each other.

Offering just such an opportunity is our ongoing Virtual Meditation on the Lawn series hosted live every Monday at 7:50am ET.

Each week a different member of the UVA community leads these brief, 7-8 minute contemplative sessions designed to help UVA faculty, staff, students, parents, and friends cultivate mindfulness, compassion, resilience, and a sense of belonging together.

This Monday, November 9, our host will be Nicole Ruzek, Director of UVA’s Counseling & Psychological Services.
