Interest rates have hit a new historic low so many times this year, it’s starting to get hard to keep track of just how low they’re going. The impact this has on the homebuying process is clear, though: low interest rates are making homes incredibly affordable right now. This is undoubtedly a great time to buy a home.

6th Alley Bar & Grill is open with a lunch & drink menu 7 days a week, even though the slopes aren't open yet.
Keystone is opening today for pass holders with a reservation. Looks like today and tomorrow in Keystone will be partly cloudy, but it is forecasted for a sunny, yet cold day on Sunday.
Fingers crossed for the possible snow on Monday!
